How do I join PinkSeoul Rewards?

Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, CREATE A STORE ACCOUNT to join today.

How do I earn points?

• Earn 50 points for signing up for the Program.
• Earn 10 Point for every $1 spent on the Site (excluding tax and/or shipping fees) - points will post when your order is shipped (therefore, for subscription boxes, you will see a lag until your scheduled shipment date)
• Earn 1,000 Points (equivalent to $5) for every friend referred by you, using your unique link, who makes his or her first purchase on the Site ($5 off minimum $25 purchase).
• With your referral link, your friend can receive a $5 off $25 purchase coupon for his or her first purchase at our online store ($5 off the first subscription box). Purchase must be made using the coupon in order for the Member to receive Points.

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?

LOG IN to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.

How do I use my rewards?

Rewards are issued as discount codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one discount code per order - can be redeemed for $5, $10, $20 or $30).  Points cannot be used to purchase a subscription plan for the PinkSeoul subscription boxes. Points may only be used to purchase non-subscription products on the Site.
