What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Amazon Payment, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Paypal and Visa for non-subscription purchases. For subscriptions, we currently accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Do you charge taxes on my order?
There is no sales tax charge unless the order is being shipped to California (CA).
Where is PinkSeoul located?
PinkSeoul.com Corporation operates out of San Ramon, CA.
Are the dates on the products manufactured dates or expiration dates?
“제조” represents manufactured date and “까지“ represents expiration dates. Products either show both or one of the dates. To avoid confusion, we’ve added a note on each of the product descriptions on our site that indicates which date the product packaging bears.
SUBSCRIPTION BOX SERVICE
How does the subscription box service work?
PinkSeoul offers 3 types of subscription box service (PinkSeoul Box, PinkSeoul PLUS Box and PinkSeoul Mask Box). Pricing is indicated on the product page.
For PinkSeoul Box and PinkSeoul PLUS Box, you will receive a customized box with at least 4 full-sized K-Beauty products and an accessory item delivered every 2 months.
For PinkSeoul Mask Box, you will receive 10 K-Beauty mask products customized based on your skin type and concerns and an accessory item monthly.
The shipping schedule for your subscription will be summarized on the products page. You will be charged for your first box on the day you order your subscription, regardless of your expected shipment date. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be automatically billed every other month 3-4 days prior to your box shipment date.
If you'd like to skip a shipment or cancel, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org by the 10th of the month you expect to receive your box (based on shipment schedule).

What is your shipping policy?
We offer the following domestic flat rate shipping options:
- Free U.S. standard shipping on purchases $50 and over (excluding taxes)
- Free U.S. standard shipping on subscription boxes
- $6.95 for shipments totaling less than $50 (does not apply to shipments outside of the U.S.)
When will my orders ship?
Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 9AM PST on Friday through the weekend are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number when we ship. Occasionally, we may experience unexpectedly large number of orders to fulfill on a given day or when fulfillment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather conditions), in which case there may be an extra delay in the shipping schedules.
USPS is our primary carrier for domestic shipments, and we ship via First Class or Priority Mail. For domestic shipments, depending on your address, your packages should be delivered within 2 to 7 days from the date of the shipment.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships. For subscription orders, you will need to log in to your PinkSeoul account to see your USPS tracking number. You can create your account at:
Once you create your account and log in, click on the order # to see your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs (regarding customs value, discounts are not subtracted in the customs total value and will be noted in full value).
All international orders are shipped using USPS First Class International Package with no tracking (approximately 15 Days).
