Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

PinkSeoul PLUS and PinkSeoul Boxes:

Your first box will be a welcome box filled with customized skincare basics to get you started on your skincare journey. Your first box will ship within 5 business days. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 17th of the next month. After that, subsequent boxes will ship by 25th of every other month (or the first business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).

For example, if you subscribed on February 3, your first box (welcome box) will ship within 5 business days. Your next subscription box will renew on March 17 and will ship by March 25 (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday). 

PinkSeoul MINI:

Your first box will be a welcome box to get you started on your skincare journey. Your first box will ship within 5 business days. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 5th of the subsequent month. Subsequent boxes will ship by 13th of every month (or the first business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).

For example, if you subscribed on February 1, your first box (welcome box) will ship within 5 business days. Your next subscription box will renew on March 5 and will ship by March 13 (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday). 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

You must skip or cancel your subscription BEFORE you receive the order confirmation email (PinkSeoul PLUS and PinkSeoul box renews on the 17th. PinkSeoul MINI renews on the 5th). If you request a refund AFTER the order confirmation, you will charged a $10 processing fee for our costs incurred.

 
Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout.
 
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.
