Our goal is to make sure you love your K-Beauty products from PinkSeoul and we strive to make sure that you have a positive experience each and every time you shop with us. In the event that we didn’t to meet your expectations, we’re here to help!

A full refund will be provided on new and unopened products within 30 days of receipt.
PinkSeoul store credit will be provided on opened products within 30 days of receipt.
If PinkSeoul award points were used, your account will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Send us an email at love@pinkseoul.com with your order number and which item you would like to return, and we'll get it taken care of.
